Born in India and raised in Toronto, Canada then moved to Tampa, Florida 30 years ago, Anand learned at an early age the importance of hard work and honesty. He graduated from University of South Florida with a Bachelor Degree of Science with an emphasis in Management Information Technology as well as a Masters in Business Administration. After 20 years of working in his career of Financial Technology he always had a passion for real estate and actively invested for 15 years. He started his career at HSBC as a Senior Consultant in the Banking industry and worked on multi-million dollar initiatives to transform the bank with technology advancements. In 2019, he started to pursue the Real Estate arena and obtained his Sales Associate license and immediately found his passion to help people find their dream homes. Within the first year of real estate he sold 3.5 Million dollars of real estate and in his second year he worked hard and sold an astonishing $10 Million dollars of real estate. Today Anand continues to help others buy, sell and invest in real estate. As a listing and buyer’s agent, Anand continues to build lasting relationships and has knowledge of the marketplace.
